At Najaf Do Hotel, we strive to provide flexibility while ensuring fair compensation for reserved accommodations.

1. Reservation Deposit

• All reservations require a non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking for an amount of one night room charge.
• This deposit is deducted from the total bill upon completing the reservation.

2. Room Cancellations

• All Cancellations: Any cancellation—regardless of notice period—will incur a one-night charge as a cancellation fee.
• No Show: Guests who do not arrive on the check-in date and do not notify the hotel in advance will be charged for the first night.

3. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds (after deducting the one-night charge) will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Bookings

Promotional or discounted reservations marked non-refundable are not eligible for cancellations, changes, or refunds under any circumstances.

5. General conditions:

• Check-in time is 15:00. Early Check-in (before 15:00 and not earlier than 6:00) is subject to availability. Check-in earlier than 06:00 is considered and charged as a full room night.
• Check-out time is 12:00. Late Check-out (after 12:00 and not later than 14:00) is subject to availability. Check-out till 18:00 is charged at 50% of the daily room rate. Check-out after 18:00 is charged as a full room night.
